The Diamond package is our most comprehensive planning package. We take you through the entire planning process. We do all the legwork (calling vendors for availability, set up appointments), organize your entire wedding, offer advice and guidance, and then orchestrate all the details on the wedding day.

The Planning Stages

Unlimited meeting time to plan your wedding
Design and customize wedding plans
Create and maintain the wedding budget
Contact all possible vendors to check on their current prices and availability
Evaluate vendor contracts

Contact you via email as a reminder as to when the payments are due to vendors
Assist in selecting minister or judge
Assist in selecting music for ceremony
Set the appointment and attend up to two meetings at reception site

On Your Wedding Day

Two- hour "wedding detail" meeting two weeks prior to your wedding day
One week prior to the wedding, we call all vendors to make sure they have everything they need and to confirm all of your expectations. We will then give them An Elegant Affair’s contact information for the day of the wedding and instruct them to call US with any questions or concerns on your wedding day.

Eight hours of wedding management on your wedding day
Pin boutonnieres and hand out bouquets
Distribute final payments (DJ, photographer etc.)
Ceremony management (let everyone know when to walk down the aisle etc.)
Work with photographer to assemble wedding party when needed and coordinate photo timing
