The Pearl Wedding Package is designed for couples that would like to plan most of their wedding themselves, however, still want to have the advice of a professional by their side during the planning process as well as on their wedding day.

On Your Wedding Day

Two-hour "wedding detail" meeting to be held two weeks before the wedding day
Eight hours of wedding management on your wedding day
One week prior to the wedding we will call all vendors to make sure that they have everything they need and to confirm all of your expectations. We will then give them An Elegant Affair’s contact information and instruct them to call US with any questions or concerns on the wedding day.

We will work with family and vendors to make sure things run smoothly. All questions can be directed towards us.
Pin boutonnieres and hand out bouquets
Distribute final payments (DJ, photographer etc.)
Ceremony management (tell people when to walk down the aisle etc.)
Work with the photographer to assemble wedding party when needed and coordinate photo timing
