The Wedding Day Management package is designed for couple who want to enjoy their wedding day (as well as have their family and friends enjoy it) without having to worry about any wedding details. With An Elegant Affair, you can be assured that your wedding day will go smoothly because we will be behind the scenes orchestrating all the details and managing vendors.

The Package Includes

Two-hour pre-planning meeting to be held two weeks prior to your wedding day.
Eight hours of management on your wedding day.
One week prior to the wedding we will call all vendors to make sure they have everything they need and to confirm all of your expectations. We will give them An Elegant Affair’s contact information for the day of the wedding and instruct them to call US with any questions or concerns.

Pin boutonnieres and hand out bouquets
Distribute final payments (DJ, photographer, etc.)
Ceremony Management (let people know when to walk down the aisle etc)
Coordinate the timing of the photo session
Retrieve any forgotten items
